From 1 – 9 June a group of 20 employees and co-workers of the Club held a study visit in 3 UE countries implementing 4 LIFE projects – mainly on the protection of peatlands and other wetlands.
On 05/28/2013, in Suwałki, another agreement on land purchase was signed. We purchase 3.5 acres of land. Land is located in the municipality of Rutka Tartak in the village Poszeszupie Folwark in the northeast of Poland (near the border with Lithuania).
In accordance with the planned timetable in the proposal the first report on the progress of the project, so-called Inception Report was sent to the European Commission.
